I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, although they could use some updating. The service was exceptional with helpful staff always ready to assist. The location was ideal, close to the Old City and with private parking. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a fantastic variety of foods. Overall, a great value for money option.

The rooms were clean but a bit tired. Despite that, I found mine really spacious for me and my friends, offering 3 comfortable single beds.

The staff was very helpful and always polite. They even went the extra mile to organize our airport transfer and willingly accepted feedback for improvements.

The hotel is super close, within walking distance to the Old City and the garden tomb. However, being 7 minutes from Damasco Gate, it might not be the best option for solo female travelers late at night.

My stay at the hotel was a bit disappointing overall. The rooms were small, cramped, and desperately in need of refurbishing, but the location was convenient for exploring the Old City. The service was lacking, with staff more focused on internal matters than addressing guest needs. The dining experience was mediocre with limited variety. On the bright side, the hotel is close to key landmarks like the Garden Tomb and St George's Cathedral.
